TO MAKE THE MOVE SUCCESSFULLY
Heritage provides over a dozen ways to support residents during the transition to their new home. For example, we escort them to activities and meals in the early days of the move. We also get a complete history of each resident that includes where they grew up, their occupation, personal hobbies, talents and interests. This information is used by our reception and activities staff to integrate new residents. We make a concerted effort to invite new residents to activities and to introduce new resident to those who have similar interests. ON-SITE MOVE-IN RESOURCES
You may use either elevator for moving in furniture and other items. The larger elevator will easily accept even the largest of our wheeled carts and still leave room for passengers.

Our loading bay door is located
past the main entrance & just before the Homestead entrance. You may enter the "employee entrance" and use the door controls (pictured below) to open the bay door.
