New Entrance Doors- 2012
We installing new entrance doors in both lobbies and also to access the patio off of our Nobscot Lounge. Our goal is to have more "user friendly" automated door openers on all doors.
Kitchen and Dining Areas Within the Homestead Program- 2012
The kitchen and dining areas in each neighborhood of the Homestead Program will be renovated.
New Philips Lifeline Emergency Response System Upgrade - 2010
Our Philips LifeLine System was upgraded in 2010 so that signals will be picked up farther away from
the apartments as well as outside the building.
Heritage has engaged in ongoing collaboration with Philips Lifeline for years. Philips Lifeline researchers interview volunteers from our residents to develop new products which will benefit seniors. The mission of Philips Lifeline is to "Improve the quality of people's lives through timely introduction of meaningful innovations".
Wi Fi Installed - 2010
We installed WiFi in the building so that visitors and residents can have access to the internet.

- NuStep exercise machines specifically designed for seniors
- New delivery bay and service corridor for improved move-in process
