CE FLOYD, 2009 CONTSRUCTION PROJECT CONTRACTOR

.

.

We pride ourselves in delivering quality buildings with exemplary customer service. We are hired to construct buildings but we do so much more than that. We aspire to form a true partnership with both the owner and architect on every project in order to provide the highest quality building at the best value without surrendering the integrity of the design. In order to not only meet but to exceed the expectations of both owner and architect, we need to understand their needs and desires. Listening and communicating effectively are essential to achieving this goal.

.

During educational projects, we take our involvement a step further. Whether we are interacting with students during all-school assemblies, giving tours of the job site or performing demonstrations for classes, we believe it is important for the students to learn about and understand the process they are able to witness firsthand. The construction site can be an extension of the classroom.
