Painting classes, flower arranging / horticultural work, craft work, knitting /crocheting /needlepoint club, and art workshops

Walking, in / outdoor gardening with herbs and vegetables, scenic rides, pet therapy, bird watching, “Animal Planet”, Sudbury River Cruise, Garden in the Woods tour and visits to botanical gardens such as Tower Hill.

Conductorcise®, was developed by Maestro David Dworkin to provide an invigorating upper body workout, while conducting to works of great composers.

Maize Mentoring Volunteer Program
In it's 14th year, the Mazie Mentoring Program places disadvantaged Framingham High School students with volunteer mentors in the community. It’s extremely rewarding and fulfilling.
